My grandson had lessons with them on Sunday mornings at Sport Central, very disappointing. Not structured & didn’t appear to follow any sort of programme, very little in the way of progress reports either. Teacher displayed little enthusiasm, didn’t connect with learners & was uninspiring. He’s now doing lessons at Byker Pool & thriving.

This is a monthly subscription swimming lesson scheme. The pool is busy. 3 classes are booked at one. There are no showers. You can't see you kid swim from the viewing gallery if you not the first 4 people in there. I have paid £33 a lesson! It's pricy. I completely understand lockdown has had an affect. I contacted them to cancel my subscription in January. They emailed me back to say they can't accept it until their business reopens. Terrible money making scam. Stay away.
