Amazing!!!! Book Ray now and you wont regret it. I was excited before I went to get some help but it was so much better than I imagined. I was absolutely buzzing after and I am so pleased I went. Ray is the best swim teacher! Just because of his lessons from 25m swimmer I did Ironman Wales swim (3.8km) in 1:12:00 in 8 months! He's filming from three different angles and recording comments in the same time, so straight after the session you'll get your lesson video in your Dropbox! If you want to learn or improve your swim technique that's the best place in London for sure!
