Spray Works
Remapped my Vwt5. Typical rubbish generic laptop map uploaded. Huge torque spike right in the middle of the power band where you need it to climb hills. Huge vibration from the transmission meaning you have to back right off or go down through the gears. Pretty pointless remap. Ill be taking it elsewhere for a custom tune that brings the torque in smoothly so as not to cost thousands in repairs.

Avoid at all costs. Dino hasn't a clue what he's doing. I took my 335i to him for a remap. He tried to give me the car 3 times when it was misfiring & cutting out. Changed his mind 5 times on what the problem could be and resorted to looking on Google! He said it needed 6 new injectors which he would get trade for me. When I checked the prices myself he had put an extra £60 PER INJECTOR on top! Absolute scam artist. Note Swift tuning isn't a company - just a guy with a laptop and a mobile phone with no registered premises. He works out of a friend's lockup and his invoices don't show VAT. I had to take the car away barely drivable as he couldn't even take the map off when it was clearly causing massive problems. I've since taken it to a reputable tuner who said he's never seen such a mess on an ECU as Dinos. Ignore the positive feedback, I recognise two of them as the mechanics he works with. Don't get ripped off for over £2000 like I did!

Dino does a brilliant job at Swift Tuning. Took my 335i to him and he has literally transformed the car with his remap. So much power and torque it's unreal. Dino looks after you and is really thorough. Nothing is too much trouble. Blinding service! If you're thinking about having a remap, stop thinking and just do it. You won't regret it. Cheers Dino. 👍😊

I had a remap fitted at Swift tuning in chessington. Great service, car performs excellent, killing the dead spots at the wrong times :) Dino was great at explaining options for better performance and future steps for my car and treated it like i would. Took my car to Dino @ Swift tuning multiple times. Each time with no success...now £3000 worse off and still a broken car! Initially got car back after DPF work and the steering wheel buttons were no longer working (rack taken off to get to DPF ripped SAS ribbon). Second time, took car back to have clutch changed and have steering buttons fixed. Got car back and although he was friendly to start with, became aggressive when I him that the car was now shuddering under high load and steering buttons not fixed. I was told that I didn't have proof the buttons worked before and that the shudder is normal for the remap. Both times, price was agreed and then was told "VAT" was on top when collecting car. NO receipt provided for either work. Now wants to charge to "Fix" his issues...by removing map and keeping DPF delete. 1. Price quote became price + VAT and no receipt was given for either work. 2. No after sales support. No Warranty on work. Just aggressive response. 3. Car not put back together properly (Rack and grommets etc) and spent £1000 remedial work with another garage trying to figure out issues cause by swift tuning. Thanks Dino. My first ever review on Google. Congrats. FRANK
