AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs!! It was very fishy when I got an email about a potential customer service job nationwide and they are looking to recruit over 200 people for a call centre job based remotely. Never spoken to anyone during the recruitment process it was all done via email and texts which is very unprofessional. I kept chasing them to ask them if I am starting on the date because I would need to arrange childcare, the night before I was due to start they emailed and said it had been pushed back to the following day. So unprofessional and nobody knows any answers to the questions that you ask. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. They are about as good as a chocolate tea pot!! I know myself along with numerous other agents have issues of non payments and payments missing. I am still awaiting on 2 weeks worth of payments, they are trying to wriggle out of it.They are wanting me to produce my login details which I have done along with conversations, screenshots and messages of me saying hello and morning I am here in the group chat. This matter is now with the citizens advice bureau who are handling this matter. Guys please think twice before you work for an agency especially this incompetent one.

I applied for a remote position with this agency only to have the nastiest, rudest recruitment consultant (Alexandra) treat me like trash on the phone because I was asking for more questions about the job (the ad only mentioned pay/hour and schedule). Seeing that I was clearly bothering this woman I told her I would call her back in one hour (hopefully she would have finished whatever it was she was busy with) for which she was rude again and basically said it was all the same to her if I took the job or not. I was still respectfull and was planning to call a different recruiter and complete the job registration with him but surprise surprise this guy was impossible to reach and was only texting 'I'll call you back' for 2 hours. Sooooo, I teied to go back to the original rude lady except she wasn't picking up either. Nasty, nasty, nasty!!!!!

Just another slimy employment agency, that holds back on your wages.If you complain; you get an ice cold reply from them, telling you that's it's you're own fault. Nice as pie though, when they're trying to coax you in to do work for free. The hidden intention of most of em!
