Called at Brocklehursts (Matlock Road) at the weekend. Was served by Zena who has previously helped us buy wellington boots and my husband some Loake boots at Christmas. Like the other staff in both Bakewell shops she goes the extra mile in customer service. She has excellent product knowledge and is super helpful.
