Our sons have been doing taekwondo through Swift Fox TKD since they were 6 and 7. They are still enjoying it as teenagers now with the goal of earning their black belts in time. The classes are fun, challenging and good for fitness. The mix of boys and girls, and different belt levels, helps new members transition into the class smoothly. Laura and Stuart are excellent instructors and we highly recommend the club!

I have two daughters and I felt it is was very important for them to learn Martial Arts. I chose Swift Fox because it was one of the classes that catered to kids as young as 3.5 years old. The kids classes have lots of games to make it fun for them. As they move up to older age groups it starts getting more focused and they take part in competitions. Both my girls love their taekwondo classes.
