Awful treatment of customers. Be sure that with this company the customer is never king but treated with contempt. They are also scammers with strange ongoing invoices that when questioned about is simply ignored "UPDATE" Response to their reply: I have since seen their reply which was just another dig from this "upstanding company". Our company did work out, in fact it outgrew them and we moved to a better international postal service. Truly horrible people even in their "customer service response" to this review. Stay clear of the company. Look up their previous company name Electrolve Ltd: Only 1 star reviews.

Stay clear of this company. We were abused for simply asking how much stock we have left as we couldn't access the portal. Additionally, I grew up abroad and was abused for my incorrect use of "punctuation", absolute disgrace. They are rude & they do not communicate clearly. We were also threatened a few times by their accountant for invoices worth 0.02. This was for stock that was sent back from customers apparently months after we switched away from their company which we do not believe as their address is listed nowhere on our website. Being threatened for £0.02 is ridiculous but this may be explained by the fact that the founder is also the customer service guy so they mustn't be doing that well. Have never experienced anything like this. "UPDATE" Response to their reply: I have since seen their reply which was just another dig from this "upstanding company". Our company did work out, in fact it outgrew them and we moved to a better international postal service. Truly horrible people even in their "customer service response" to this review. They did not simply state that emails were not making sense, what a lie. Trust me the response was derogative saying: "coming from somebody who doesn't even use punctuation" Stay clear of the company.
