However, when something goes wrong the best way to see if the company is really customer friendly, is to see how they react when things go wrong. Something went wrong with my dentistry, but it wasn't this company's fault, even though my original thoughts were it could be. I contacted Swift for details about the dentures they made for me, and they replied very quickly with a detailed explanation. So, I thank them for that.
