My experience with swift was horrible. They placed me in a corrupt nursery and when I went to HR for help they didn't care. They gave me no support or help. Ultimately my dreams to be a Nursery Educator were crushed and I now have trauma from being told by my nursery managers at the time that I'm "too sick for work" due to having depression. Which my manager then proceeded to tell me that shes had multiple calls with swift who also agreed with her. They do not care about helping people with mental health problems. They want easy cash grabs. I put my heart and soul into that apprenticeship, I got a distinction on my mock test and every day at work I gave my all to make those kids happy and healthy. Do not trust Swift because they do not care about what employer you end up with. They will not keep you safe.
