My taxi was 20 minutes late, no phonecall, no information, couldn’t get through the waitlist for the office. No apology from driver, was just told the traffic was bad (on an empty country road) and they don’t have enough drivers… Missed my train and had to wait at station for 40mins for next train. Don’t use.

A friend of mine and my daughter used this company to get home from a house party in billericay back to Basildon. My daughter's phone for dropped in the taxi. The driver used seri to call me 2hrs after he had dropped them home. He claimed he was in Southend and that their policy toretuen items was they had no office which is a lie as it's gives the address on the website and to charge to return the lost property

Pre booked taxi. Reconfirmed pick up details and price couple of days before, all fine. Turned up late, no apologies. Questioned the price quoted, and told not to call for services again after payment. Wouldn’t recommend but would happily offer a tip. Provide a service based on what you quote and as the owner of the business, turn up on time, and have some people skills
