I called 11 times to report an issue with my meal and no one picked up. I had to leave my house in the cold to go to the store to report my allergen concern. I’m very upset and annoyed. Why have a telephone and not pick up, instead of forwarding your customers calls. Dietary restrictions: Put veg when the customer didn’t ask for it

First time eating here and absolutely blown away by the taste! I enjoyed every mouthful and would happily go back but I feel like I wouldn't stop! Definitely a must try, I will be going back again. Great customer service from The Hulk serving the food, chatty and engaging whilst waiting for the food. A* in my book. Looking forward to my next visit. My food is mixed, chicken pasta, callaloo and pumpkin...? I forgot. But will definitely have them again!

This shop is appalling, I found multiple hairs in my food WHILE eating it I got told to come back so a refund could be processed. I got to the shop and the guy that served me plus his watcher started to disrespect me by telling me a refund isn’t warranted because In their eyes the food was “finished” to top it off the oxtail was tasteless so was the veg and rice. This is not how you deal with customers especially females. So please please!!!!! Save your money. Plus they over charged. Parking: No parking
