Swift Bathrooms did a job for us on 30 March 2023. We had been after a new shower and screen for our main bathroom for some time. Other bathroom companies had come to look at the bathroom but for one reason or another, they had over complicated what we believed to be a simple supply and installation job. Swift Bathrooms were very helpful from the start. Emma was very polite and helpful every time I spoke to her. Steve came to look at our bathroom and gave great advice and helpful suggestions for what we wanted. What we loved is that he kept things simple and provided us with the easiest and most cost-effective solution. I shouldn't admit this but the price he quoted was much lower than we had expected. Even when we thought things couldn't get any better, Emma very helpfully suggested a cheaper (but suitable) alternative. Lewis, who came to fit the shower, was equally as polite and helpful as Emma and Steve. Lewis did a brilliant job and we are so happy that our main bathroom finally has as rail shower and screen. Lewis definitely went above and beyond. He even fixed an unrelated issue we had with our toilet. Brilliant service from Swift Bathrooms. Thank you so much 😊

Cannot give enough praise right now for Swift. I am so thrilled with my new bathroom. Steve and Emma were so patient and understanding of my needs when I was first choosing all the fixtures & fittings that I wanted. They helped along the way with any advice I needed, and then Tom set about making it all happen, he worked so hard getting everything just right and keeping me informed of the schedule for each day. He cleaned up at the end of each day and left everything tidy, and on the last day made sure everything was spotless and clean and ready to use. I am just so pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend the whole team. A fantastic job.

We would like to thank Emma and Steve for their good advice and guidance in the design and supply of our new disability bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they solved a couple of tricky problems that helped us achieve our desired result. Thanks also to Tom, our hardworking fitter for turning the design into reality, and for cleaning up at the end of each day, and giving us plenty of notice if gas, electricity or water was cut off, so we could plan. Tom was assisted by Andrew the electrician, Tom's Dad, and also the floorer. You all did a great job, with which we are delighted, and thoroughly recommend you to others. Bless you all.

I used Swift 5 years ago when I had a new bathroom so was happy to recommend them to anyone. My mom recently moved into a bungalow with a very outdated bathroom, Steve came out and gave us some great advise on how to make the most of the space and modernise things but bearing in mind Moms age and abilities. Tom the fitter (and his Dad some days) worked so hard, they were efficient, clean and tidy and left Mom with her perfect Bathroom. We will both be recommending Swift bathrooms to anyone looking for a specialist who is also local and affordable. Big shout out to Tom who made it all the more special.

I don’t normally write reviews until I have used and tested the product or/& service over some time in order to gain experience & its performance. As I have had my bathroom for over 3 years now and I must say the fitting as held up over that time. The fitted from Swift Bathrooms who totally remodelled my bathroom from top to bottom done a superb job. However it just a shame that some of the products used haven’t lasted the time, for example the shower screen was replaced within the first 12 months as it was showing signs of oxidisation at the bottom of the screen. This was replaced by Swift Bathroom after some debate. However to date the shower mixed valve and shower head have become faulty. The mixer valve constantly leaks, this is despite changing the on/off & mixer valve units twice. The hand shower head bracket as failed and will not hold the weight of the shower head in position. The mixer unit itself impossible to keep clean and now showing signs of corrosion around the bottom of the rail where to fits on to the mixer valve, together with the chrome plating breaking down. The complete mixer valve and shower head rail will have to be replaced. The bath tub marks very easily to the extent after dropping a bar of soap I am sure it created a mark, ok I am joking a bit here but you need to be very careful you don’t drop anything. Overall I am happy the how the bathroom is lasting, the only negative feedback is with the mixer shower tap and rail used, it seems to be a cheap Chinese made units, probably due to the high markup nothing like the Crosswater unit it replaced. My only regret was not to keep the Crosswater taps and shower valve as these are still looked and worked like new after 10 years of used. Therefore this longterm review tells me to be careful in selecting the products in your new bathroom, insist in quality products. If things like the taps or shower mixer valve don’t carry a 10 year guarantee don’t select them. Go elsewhere for your fittings.

Used Steve and Tom to renovate a bathroom in a tenanted flat. Quote was good value, team was very helpful in suggesting best cost effective solution, and work was quick, efficient and great quality with excellent communication throughout from initial contact down to a brief snagging job resolved immediately on finishing. Looks amazing and tenant ( and me) very happy.
