My Ferrari watch has been here a number of times for a repair, both warranty and accidental. Always comes back with honest repair down to it and an assessment of its condition. It was taken to a local repair shop to be told they couldn’t fix it back on, but this place always fix it.

My watch just needed a brand new battery and I didn't expect that they can do it the same day. The kind gentleman was very friendly, helpful and very professional. I'm so grateful indeed. SWICO watch repair services were very helpful and knowledgable. I was wanting to fix my son’s DW watch, needed a new crown and stem. Walked in Friday afternoon, fortunately very local, very friendly welcome, and within minutes had sourced and replaced crown and stem, at no extra cost. Was incredibly grateful, and one big happy smile from my son. Huge thank you!!

A fabulous service from start to finish. SWICO make it easy for you to post your watch safely to them. The date-dial on my TW Steeel watch had stuck but when the watch was returned to me, not only had that been fixed but the entire watch had received a full, detailed service and thorough clean! It was gleaming! The whole process only took a few weeks and was worth every penny. I highly recommend and would use again. Thanks SWICO!
