Made a purchase on “Wish” the online store and as I needed item urgently I chose to collect from this shop who are an outlet for Wish. The Shop is Supposed to be open until 8pm daily as per online Information which was ideal for me. On Sunday I rang to collect but was told shop was shutting early due to owner not feeling well. Wednesday tried to collect again but was told shut due to family party but was told they would be definitely open until 8.00pm on Thursday. On Thursday I travelled down from pennine area which was a 26 mile round trip only to find this shop closed at 6.10pm. I will report this shop to wish as they are not fit to trade on behalf of Wish. Appalling Customer Service, needless to say I cancelled my order. Don’t bother using this store they are Useless. PLEASE NOTE THIS WAS DECEMBER 2019 CANT UNDERSTAND WHY THIS REVIEW WAS ONLY PUT ON RECENTLY. THE STORE MAY BE UNDER DIFFERENT MANAGEMENT NOW SO PLEASE DISREGARD

Wouldn't let me in even tho they didn't close for an hour, woman sitting on a chair inside just said "closed" and turned around. Drove 20 mins each way to collect something I bought online. Nice one cheers 👍
