If you're thinking about booking a class with Iced Yorkshire... go for it! I've done two now (buttercream flowers and 'back to basics'), learned loads and really enjoyed them. Angela and Louise are very laid back and it feels quite relaxed yet somehow you cover loads over the couple of hours and come away having learned a lot. I'm a real decorating novice but they're good at dealing with different levels in one class and I think that even more experienced cake makers would probably get a lot out of them.

Angela made our wedding cake for our wedding at The Normans (10.12.22) and honestly, we could not have wished for a better looking or tasting cake, or better service from Angela. She made it look amazing, it absolutely blew us away when we came into the reception. All of our guests said how delicious it tasted, and it was presented so well on Angela's cake stand and barrel. I’ve done two classes with Angela and have more lined up - they’re excellent! I’ve learnt so much already, the classes are small so you get plenty of help and attention and feel very welcomed. Louise is lovely too and a great help. The shop has everything you need for baking! An absolute must for any amateur or professional baker.
