My 10-year-old was desperate to use the toilet I asked him if he could use it they said you have to be a paying customer there was no one in the shop it was very quiet I was forced to pay £3 for him to use the toilet then told by the woman make sure I flush it and keep it clean like I don’t keep toilet clean it’s disgusting where you’re forced to buy something for a child that needs to use the toilet. don’t go in here the cakes are rubbish anyway it’s warm he smells and they’re not clean themselves. Dirty way of thinking like the shop.

Place is disgusting, food is disgusting, asked for milk chocolate got Nutella instead and ended up in hospital for two days! Staff members are rude and clearly don’t want to be there, one of them barged my Nan and didn’t even apologise.
