Absolutely fuming! Brought hair here, had to take it back as it was more for Carribean/African hair and she refused a refund! Also was told it was 16” but when opened it isn’t and very thin!

This place is terrible! The owner is rude and actually kissed her teeth at me as I questioned the hair she sold me which was fake and she said it was not when I purchased it. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SHOP AGAIN+!
