Ordered over £10 worth of food and ice creams and opened the cheesecake box to find a bitesize cheesecake that was melted. I wouldn’t normally complain but for £3.50 i expected more. So I rang up the store and a woman answered and was extremely rude and repetitive. Then when I began saying I wouldn’t order from the store again due to this she began saying well that’s up to you and before she could finish I hung up. I have dealt with a rude woman at this store before but believed ordering would be different. No apology or help. Did take a picture of the cheesecake but couldn’t upload with this review.

I left a review on just eat, not realising I ordered the Belgian waffles instead of the American waffles. Completely my fault as I ordered the wrong ones but even the Belgian waffles they were hard and overpriced as I can get them from Tescos for very cheap, paying £7.50 for that is a scam. It was the same as the French toast it wasn’t as bad and was very soft, but I could buy a loaf of brioche bread for £2 from tesco and just throw on some strawberries and chocolate. It’s just overpriced for something so simple. Milkshake was alright
