A truly awful experience with an order of bridal flowers. I placed an order for ready to wear bridal flowers and immediately received a confirmation email from Sweet Pea letting me know that my order was confirmed and that it would be delivered per the scheduled date. 9 days later (and less than 48 hours until my wedding) the owner emailed me to let me know that the minimum spend would be nearly triple the price of the flowers I had ordered and which had already been confirmed by the shop. After scouring the website, I did find where it said minimum spend order of GBP 250 - however this detail is hard to find on the website and nowhere in the additional information section for the Ready to Wear section. Moreover, my order should have been rejected in the first place (rather than confirmed) and Marianne should have emailed me about the issue immediately. Now she has put me in a position to find new bridal flowers 48 hours before my wedding, as she has refused to take accountability for her business's mistake of confirming the order and not fixing it until 9 days after the order was confirmed. Steer clear of this place.

Marianne more than exceeded my dreams! I’d been searching for ready to wear flowers that weren’t simply pale blue or white and found her drama collection and oh my goodness. Beautiful doesn’t even cover it. I got so many compliments on them about their beautiful colours and the variations of the flower. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Sweet Pea Floral Atelier and its founder Marianne Johnson! Marianne was amazing, giving me guidance by e-mail when I was in California ordering a birthday bouquet for my friend in London. She went above and beyond to ensure that it would be perfect, and the photos I received from my friend did not disappoint! Worth every penny. I highly recommend Sweet Pea Floral Atelier and Marianne for the quality of the flowers, unique and lovely design of the bouquets, and the exceptional client care. It was a truly memorable and most enjoyable experience for me, and my friend was absolutely delighted with her ‘Wow’ bouquet. Thank you, Marianne!!

Marianne was beyond wonderful to help design my wedding flowers. I had the most beautiful bouquet that during my service I kept getting wafts of roses which helped to calm my nerves! The bridesmaids flowers were also magnificent. The centre pieces and candelabras were spectacular and really were the greatest compliment to an already ornate ballroom in the Kimpton Fitzroy. I would not hesitate to recommend Marianne for flowers for any occasion!

Thank you to Marianne for THE most beautiful wedding flowers. The bouquets and flower crowns were stunning and we had so many comments from guests. The colours, choice of flowers and styling were even better in real life than the photos online. I actually don’t have enough positive things to say about Marianne and her team but I’ll try! I stumbled across Sweet Pea Atelier in my relatively late search for a florist for our wedding in London and from my first interaction with Marianne I knew that I wanted to work with her. She listened to all my ideas, was extremely personable, kind and funny and summarised all of my ideas in a really clear proposal sent over extremely quickly after our first conversation. I am by no means an expert with flowers so was relying on a few pictures from Pinterest and putting my faith and trust in Marianne. From there we went back and forth a number of times and nothing was too much for Marianne. She was always willing to jump on a call, meet in person and talk through what we wanted. On the day I was blown away with what her and her team delivered. She captured everything perfectly, the flowers were beyond beautiful and exactly what I had dreamed of and more. I honestly couldn’t recommend Sweet Pea Atelier highly enough, if you want to work with someone you genuinely like and is also extremely talented get in touch with Marianne.

Sweet Pea Flowers brought my wedding dreams to reality! Marianne and her team took the time to understand my style and the aesthetic look I wanted for my London wedding and produced the most incredibly beautiful and stunning blooms for our day. We were married at the Savile Club in London which has an incredible staircase and ballroom. Sweet Pea Flowers created installations in both spaces that were beyond any expectations I might have had. When I saw the flowers the morning of my wedding my heart melted - they were truly spectacular. Marianne was kind and patient with me throughout the creative process (I know nothing about flowers), she really listened and was generous with her time for scoping the venue to ensure that the flowers were perfect and the day ran smoothly. To this day my guests are still commenting on the beautiful flowers at our wedding and we will forever treasure them in the photos we have. I have not yet received many professional photographs but I am attaching a few that I do have.
