Complete shambles, won’t be ordering from here ever again. Had heard good things and thought we’d give it a try. Was surprised at the how long the quoted delivery time for a few milkshakes and a dessert was but even more disappointed when after 2 hours and repeatedly being told it was with the driver our stuff still hadn’t arrived. Terrible customer service and for nothing to arrive after over two hours the delivery service is ridiculous. In the end had to cancel our order and had to push for a refund as they had no intention of giving one until reluctantly agreeing after numerous conversations with different staff members.

Management and service was absolutely dreadful. I placed an order on their website at 19:20, got a thumbs up for the order and then it was 21:00 and still no food had arrived. I phoned up and they told me it was with the driver and was on its way. 21:35 I phoned up again and they said it had just gone with the driver. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would call me back. 21:55 and still no call back, I phoned up and said it’s pointless now I’m fed up of waiting I would like a refund. I understand they could be busy but this is just a joke. I was told I would get a call back again even though nobody contacted me in the first place. 22:20 I phoned up again and asked for a refund, this was something they did not want to do but eventually said they would after I declined ‘free drink’ I was offered to compensate for waiting so long. I will not be ordering from here again.

I am being very generous with 1 star. Ordered tonight for the first order to be canceled by them half a hour after placing it. Ordered again it came the cookie dough was more like a pancake so thin. The crunchy waffle was far from a crunchy waffle had 3 pieces of crunchy on it. We Ordered 2 chocolate ice creams and got vanilla. The waffles was dry. Won't order again I'm afraid £25 wasted. Don't waste your money

Expensive for what we got. We called in to order and customer service was shocking. Acted like we were a major inconvenience. Closed off the order before we'd done ordering and whenever we ordered an item it was "sigh that's going to be a problem". At one bit he even put his head against the counter like we were a pain. Was told they only take cash and then acted like it was a major problem getting me £5 change. We also waited above half an hour for one cookie dough and 2 milkshakes. Then when we got it it didn't have the ice cream with it and looked like it'd been thrown against a wall. Won't be going again
