Having seen a friend's photo of one of Mitty's beautiful creations, I ordered a rose and pistachio cake for Eid and it was so stunning, it was the centrepiece of the table! I requested stevia as a sugar substitute and the cake was the just the right level of sweetness (not too sweet and allowed the delicious, delicate flavours of rose and pistachio to come through). The attention to detail was incredible from the edible flower petals to the fresh pomegranate - everyone really loved the flavours. Mitty was a delight to deal with (professional, very friendly and flexible - I wasn't sure when I could collect the cake until the day before). I have highly recommended to friends and family, and will definitely be ordering again!

How does she do it? Looking for a birthday keto cake while my wife is in the UK having cancer treatments. Sugar = cancer. After explaining our dietary restrictions she created the most delicious cake. It wasn't savory, but also not overly sweet. It also was not heavy like some keto cakes, instead it was light and fluffy. Awesome treat for my wife's birthday. Thank you!

Mitty made a bespoke rose & pistachio cake for my 40th birthday party. It was beautifully decorated and many guests complimented the stunning decoration and the delicious flavour. The cake was well balanced and not overly sweet. Mitty also made some delicious vegan cupcakes (lemon curd & elderflower) to accompany the main cake, which were also very tasty. I am grateful to Mitty for making my birthday extra special with such a stand-out cake!! If you are debating ordering from Mitty don't hesitate. Her cakes are simply delicious!
