This used to be quite cool place before the renovation. It became very crumped and not cozy at all. There's no space at all! They give 1 big kitchen wipe so called towel and charge for its change. No dry sauna, no restroom, no cold water after steamroom. There is a drainage system all over the steamroom floor, which is covered with metal plates that are not fixed well and make too much noise.

Staff was really unfriendly at the entrance and accused me on being high for smiling after a night of Eurovision. The rules are not really clear and are not really effective… at least I got a really quick answer on a question whether they have squatting toilets 😇 yes they do, but they are really bad.

Updated 29/4/23, 3 months after my first time and 2nd visit. It's really refreshing when a venue actually takes advice from their customers' reviews as there much improvement since my first visit. The venue was much cleaner (the downstairs showers was being deep cleaned upon my arrival) and I noticed a significant reduction of the black mould in the shower/steam room area. This time I purchased a 48 hour pass, which was only £5 more than the 24 hour pass. Given it's one of many long weekends in Britain, I thought it worth the extra expense. The towels they use are a bit flimsy but they do the job. Made of microfibre so easily absorb water but also easy to squeeze out the excess water. First towel is free but all towels thereafter now incur a £1 fee. This is due to rising energy costs which is fair. I'm not going to complain over an extra couple of pounds for a dry towel but I would appreciate the option of having an all cotton towel to finish my experience, for which I'd be happy to pay extra. Their steam room is one of the best I've experienced. I love it. It's the perfect space to relax in after a big night. Having now experienced a couple of other venues, this is by far the best I've visited to date and is now my future GoTo venue. Updated my rating from 2 to 4 stars. Keep it up guys. Nick This was my first experience of a sauna in London. I had a fun time for my first visit, even at 10am on a weekday. The venue is easy to find, right in the centre of Soho, an easy walk from Oxford Circus tube station and is open 24/7. My first impressions were great. I was greeted by a friendly staff member who explained how the locker system worked and ushered me inside. The system in place to protect your valuables is very good. While you are given a locker for your clothes, your valuables are kept secure in an individual lock box, accessible only with your wristband by venue staff. The steam room is great if you like hot steam...and the maze makes the space fun and interesting, rather than just sitting around staring at one another. However, of particular concern is the growth of thick black mould covering most of the ceiling of the adjacent shower area. The hot water supply is very inconsistent but I didn't mind a cold shower after a hot steam but others may find this unsatisfactory. The cruising area is small but functional with a dark area, a sling and plenty of cubicles. However, what I thought was strange is that the supplies are only available at the end of the corridor, not actually in each cubicle. Some paper towel would have been welcomed to wipe down the surface. There is a foul odour in the cruising area, particularly in the stairwell, though this is pretty typical of most venues of this nature. If I may make a suggestion? Many other venues I've visited use a eucalyptus oil spray which gave the whole sauna area a lovely fresh scent throughout. The smell of chlorine isn't particularly welcoming, though I appreciate why such chemicals are used. The cost for 24 hours is £20 which I thought was reasonable given I was able to return for free within that period. Overall, I had a pretty good time given it was my first experience of this type of venue in London but I would like to visit alternative venues before I pass final judgement on this one.
