    Visited the store on the off chance of finishing work early. I was after getting the moon swatch or even just to see one in the flesh. Welcomed by the security guy at the door I asked if there was any moon swatches available and he was quick to come back and say ‘no sir nothing’ at that time I was standing next to a couple looking at the display of them and chatting to one of the staff and had asked what was available with the staff replying we have the yellow, blue and pink ones available. I turned round to security guy and gave him a look! He went bright red in the face as he was so embarrassed, he had lied to me. Absolutely disgusting to treat people differently! I had just finished work with my dirty work wear on so obviously judging me either by that or thought I was a flipper! Most staff looked like they didn’t wanna be there very grumpy. Wouldn’t recommend this store go else where!

    Bought the omega x swatch collaboration from here, dealt with Gareth. He was extremely helpful and very passionate about the brand which is nice to see and be around. The security guard was also very enthusiastic over the watches, he even went into detail about strap that I had fitted to one of my other watches which I thought was welcoming as in my personal experience this isn’t something you normally get from a security guard. 5 star guys.

He really understood the watch, the brand, the history and heritage of Swatch group, and had an intricate knowledge of the huge array of watches on show.
