While I'm on the P&O ferry both way dover to Calais and back, too. I saw the watch that I really like it. It doesn't have it, but the staff didn't check in the storage. However I couldn't get the watch out of my mind so I went to this store and got one so of course I bought it and love it.

How amazing the staff members were, Sinecd & Nigel, I needed an exchange, which wasn’t straight forward, their helpful-fullness skills with this, was out of this world! And I really mean this, I couldn’t find a watch in the shop that matched my taste, Nigel listened to my needs, kept going downstairs and looking for something that would suit, he was so patient and gentle and had amazing manners, I haven’t witnessed retail customer service like this in central london for a long time. These 2 members of your staff are amazing ambassadors for swatch, please look after them well!
