The WORST train station I have ever been to in my life. On probably the evening with the worst weather I’ve seen for years, the station decided to have their inside waiting area CLOSED. I ended up being stranded at the station for over 2 hours, outside, in storm Brandan FREEZING. No toilets, I was at bursting point. No staff at all at the train station, no help or information as to when we should expect the next train. The information board was showing the incorrect information the entire time and when using the help point to find out what was going on, the lady said she had no information to give us, very helpful. Swanwick seriously need to update their train station and find some people to work at the station to actually help travelling passengers, as what I experienced yesterday was diabolical and I hope I never have to visit the station again. IMAGE: the stationed train didn’t even invite us onto the train for the 2 hour we were all waiting on the opposite platform. The train driver just decided to hide!
