Disgusting place outside very unkempt. Prescriptions not signed on time run out of medication..my sister ran out of insulin on a few occasions because they had not got any in stock! This practice needs the Quality Care Commission to investigate! I will be reporting them to the NHS.😡😡

I suffer with heart failure and I cannot get any appointments keep being told ring back at 8am when I do still can't get appointment this needs addressing then the receptionist keeps you waiting a long time on the phone so by the time you get through there's no appointments left so how do you get to see a doctor when the the receptionist keeps saying there's no appointments left I have spoken to health professionals about this and they are looking into it for me I think it's discussing how they treat you.

This GP practice is the worst of its kind. I have been trying to get fertility referral for IVF for over 5 months to no avail. They never have appointments available for patients regardless of the time you call or walk in. Even when you finally get an appointment with a Doctor, they are so impatient and quick to end your conversation leaving you more confused than before. The staff are nonchalant and unethically unhelpful. I would have given 0 star if possible, I do not recommend this GP surgery to any one.

The worst practice I have ever experienced in West Midlands. If you want to know about your blood result you should wait for doctor’s appointment for at least two weeks. While in other places doctors call you to tell you about your result to avoid further medical concern and stress to deteriorate your health. Just poor medical practice!
