What is your process for sourcing and selecting the coffee beans you roast?
At Swan Song Coffee Roasters, we are committed to sourcing the finest coffee beans from around the world. We work directly with farmers and cooperatives to ensure that our beans are ethically and sustainably sourced. We carefully select our beans based on factors such as quality, flavour and origin. Once we have sourced our beans, we roast them in small batches to bring out the unique flavours and aromas of each variety.What types of roasts do you offer and how are they different?
We offer a range of different roast levels to suit all tastes. These include light, medium and dark roasts. Light roasts are generally more acidic and have a more subtle flavour profile, while dark roasts are richer and more full-bodied. We also offer single-origin and blended coffees, each with their own unique characteristics.What is your return policy for damaged or unsatisfactory coffee orders?
We want all of our customers to be completely satisfied with their coffee orders. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will do our best to resolve the issue. If your order is damaged or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund. Again, as a coffee roaster, we do not sell coffee machines directly and therefore cannot provide warranties on these products. However, we work with partners who offer warranties on their machines, typically ranging from one to three years depending on the manufacturer and model. He keeps the workshop entertaining with both tutorials and time runs. Would reccomend the class to anyone who has an interest or career revolving around coffee. Will be back for another class soon
