His bedside manner is impeccable, and he has always been prompt, helpful, and considerate with his treatment and advice Likewise, whenever i have attended the surgery or phoned up the reception, staff have been both professional and friendly.

Bad in every sense of the word bad. I tried to call for more than 40 minutes, I kept waiting for my turn on the phone, and when the reception answered me, he told me I can't book an appointment for this day and disconnected immediately without hearing my response.

I've put 1 star but it should be minus 3 very rarely I go to the doctors had to use badger clinic 2 weeks ago because I couldn't get a appointment today been on the phone since 830am until 11am to be told no appointment left should have phoned at 8am as that would have made a difference and to phone 111 we both work and can't sit on the phone every day its sad when you have to write these sort of things

I tried to book a appointment 8days ago at the swan medical center for the 11 04 23 but was told to phone back on the day so I just spent 3hours trying to get in touch with them only to be told that there is no appointments for today,what a waste of space this surgery is this is my second review of this practice and it hasn't got any better since the 1st review I gave th 1star as here is no facility to give them no stars,#absolute waste of space.

Very difficult to get an appointment. Online service is not read or replied to properly. Telephone automatically goes engaged as soon as they open. Doctors are helpful if you can get to talk to one. Have left this practice.

March 30th. I have been waiting 11 weeks for an injection in my shoulder. I am told there will be a clinic week beginning April 18th. So another 3 weeks at least. It has been 5 months since I first had a shoulder problem. Is it too much to ask that you attempt to cure sick people rather than offering me activity groups to play board games or craft activities?

When I first joined it was great, Doctors were lovely. Past 6months it’s a nightmare to get an appointment. Online booking system is always down. Requested a sick note get call and it didn’t even ring for a second. Mobile was in my hand called in to request for call back and heard nothing since. January 2023 I’ve been trying to get an appointment, I’ve even set alarms for when the systems back up to book but had no luck. Give them a call and it just rings forever or gets cut off. Not enough staff and too many patients taken on. This needs to be sorted asap. The anxiety it gives me to deal with this surgery is not worth it. I’ll be changing doctors asap. One star is for how good it was once.
