It’s an extreme rarity to get an appointment. The receptionists seem to avoid answering the phone and are rude when they eventually do. Would have rated it 1 star, however 2 of the GP’s are genuinely really good but it’s extremely hard to get an appointment with them.

Receptionists from Hell! Dr Nixon and Dr chowksi, top men. But the receptionists, oh my word! Rude, arrogant, self-important, narcissistic, putrid, dim-witted, obtuse, cold , soul- less bunch of twits! Act your wage, women! Typical exchange: "I can give you an appointment in 6 weeks time!" "I'm in pain now, woman!"

I never take out the time to write negative reviews but this place really needed one with their extremely poor service from the receptionists. I called the reception at 8am at 39 weeks pregnant with cold and flu symptoms and was told by one of the ladies (who had a extremely unprofessional tone) that the GP can’t do anything and I should call my midwife. Common sense says that midwife’s don’t give prescriptions out for colds and flus. I told the receptionist this and she totally dismissed me and said there’s nothing they can do after I was on hold for 15mins. I then proceeded to Call maternity triage who said they don’t understand why I had called them as the GP normally deals with cold and flu symptoms, pregnant or not (surprise surprise). She told me to call the Gp back. So I called the GP surgery back and a different lady answered the phone this time and said ‘We wouldn’t have told you to call the midwife as we know they don’t give out prescriptions’. I told her someone at the reception DID tell me to call the midwife and turned me away and I ended up wasting an hour calling everyone back and fourth. I told her the call should be looked into and she didn’t even apologise, completely dismissive and told me that she will book me in for a telephone consultation. I will definitely be changing my GP surgery. The unprofessionalism is unbelievable in this place.
