Had no heating or got water for over a week now and have 2 young children and in disabled. It's absolutely disgusting. We are having to shower at my elderly nans house and use fan heaters which cost so much on the electric. I've been told now that I just wait for a supervisor to inspect it to see if I need a new boiler all together. So now that's even a longer wait and god knows when they will turn up. Lived here a year and a half and not one single job I have raised has even been completed

Repeated anti social behaviour, and no action is taken. Communal TV satellite dish is constantly down and Swan won't allow own dish. Disabled residents aren't given permanent parking space and disabled parking spaces are always abused. Responses and action from Swan team is slow or non-existent.

Swan housing is total rubbish housing. Its a place of total disaster. There is no communication from customer service to work force. There is no communication between the colleagues as well. They don't deserve 0 star as well because 0 still has value which is nil Swan housing deserve - 0 star there is no communication between workers as well from sister company Swan axis. Swan housing can't fix 1 toilet from December up till today 27 January 2023. No one knows in the company what to do,its a joke company. Newham Council must terminate the contract because their property is getting damaged by Swan housing.

I’ve lived at my current property for 12 years. Since living here, it’s been an absolute nightmare. If it’s not leaks from neighbours, the lifts doesn’t work, if not the lift, it’s moulds, if not moulds my heating doesn’t work and if not that my toilet stock pipe gashes water. There’s never been any urgency in solving these ongoing issues either. I am absolutely frustrated. I just want to get the hell out of this flat.

Very disorganised & irresponsible management. They will never respond to phone calls & no staff ever in the office and if they ever are available, they are very dismissive & rude. No repairs ever done.

Mouldy house mould wash year in year out and now at it's worst they send the most incompetent axis workers to repair my home and do half job I don't do a mould wash just change the seals the bloke says so the mold will still be present absaloute joke I have asthma and have suffered continuously and am at my wit's end I hate my home its making me sick

Our boiler broke on the 25th of Nov, it’s been me who’s had to keep ringing up to check what’s going on regarding a report back to them. Kept getting told different dates. Now me and my 3 young kids are being left in this cold weather with no heating/hot water and now having to wait till 28th of dec to be fixed by axis (that’s over a month which is disgusting) I was given a hardship payment that I never knew existed and I really appreciated and helped me out alot to keep the little electric heaters running more to keep us warm. but been told I can’t have another and I just can’t afford to keep them on much myself as they take so much electricity and I’m on a key meter. Now it’s back to only a little while now and then. I have a 1yr old an 8yr old with health problems and a 10yr old. All seen their doctors as have been really unwell, to which they all said they’re disgusted we’re being left like this and it’s not helping my children. Someone from my doctors even tried ringing swan housing up. When families/people, are left along period of time with no heating/hot water especially in the winter they should be given help towards electricity automatically I say, to run these tiny expensive little electric heaters we’re only given, not having to keep asking for help. This is not our fault!! it’s so Cold in our house.

Absolute disgrace of a company, calling somebody to advise they have 1 week to pay over £600 when they know their tenants payment arrives in 2 weeks. Cant wait for my partner and I to be rid of these greed merchants. Will be seeking legal advice over this. Avoid like the plague.
