Swan housing is totally rubbish from customer service to the executive team. Housing officer is not good at all. Swan housing deserve - 0 stars. From December till end of January Swan housing can't fix one toilet properly. There is no proper communication between colleagues as well. Newham Council must cancel the contract with Swan and axis contract.

This is Ellmers Court 4 Aqua Vista Square Quick for increasing rent and service charges but don’t want to provide the service for tenants! Intercom has been broken for months and still not fixed! There is no security or Windows inside the buildings and the corridors lifts are absolutely disgusting by the end of weekends. We pay for cleaning services as part of service charge but cleaners only come once a week and don’t even clean properly l. Drug use inside the block but swan housing don’t want to deal with anything. For people who are looking to live in housing association flats like swan housing should think properly before accepting any offers.

My mother has been provided with a property to rent.. The whole estate has been built with privacy being non existant. You have people who purchased their lovely new build houses with 100s of council cons located around them. The people who have put their hard earned money I feel sorry for as Swan will locate 100s of council people who are drug dealers, kids who have extreme anti social behaviour, parent who have no control of their children etc. My mother suffers with neighbours who smoke drugs, gangs who use the disabled bays to smoke crack, music will be played every 3rd days so loud till 4am, footballs are kicked at cars, kids jumping on bin structures. When you write to Swan no action gets taken. I feel my mother is in hell all because Swan has no consideration once the rent starts coming. Trust me being disabled or being ill holds no volume in their court, they are a money motivated firm who state they charge minimum rent but leave you to survive without any help.
