    The Swan centre does not take responsibility for anything like drug needles in the car park, broken toilet holder that fell of & hit my child's head a number of times, broken kids table they just change it with anyother room where more children are gonna be using it, dirty black floor's that leave your socks or clothes filthy. When you need to take your children to the toilet they will hold the door wide open and stand looking in not allowing children privacy to use the toilet (knowing that most people who attend that centre is possibly a risk to chilren). The contact reports can be very limited to the conversation you have with your children so your words can get twisted by social services. The staff can be sometimes be rude, the manager andrea don't care when complaints are made. The bottem line is this place ain't fit for children or families, they have 100s of families go through that place weekly fortnightly and monthly, the place need's shutting down and taken over by people who actually care about the children's health and safety. If all this was happening in the home social would have you straght to court to remove the children.

    I was Ill on my contact and sent home to do a covid test…. Which was negative so on my next contact I was told to bring my negative test with me but as I am only human I forgot. Asked the centre if they have any said yes but weren’t allowed to give me one. Said I could go to a chemist and get one agreed to that but as I left, came back out and said don’t bother I wouldn’t have time because they only have a 15 min slot! My contact is for 2 hours would of took my 20 minutes maximum. So I was sent home after seeing my daughter in the car park for 5 minutes…. I thought this place was a FAMILY centre helping families be together…. I admit mainly my fault as forgot my test but a little help would of been appreciated but instead me and my daughter went separate ways and the contact member for my 2 hour visit that day probably sat doing nothing for the remaining time.

    Absolute joke of a place if you want your family too be traumatised this is the place for you! Even so when the covid risk assessment is done they still want too make people wait another week too go ahead with a joint contact with a child’s mother and farther! some people work and also have other things too do this place like too do things at Their own paste and not think about other people staff are rude and ignorant no toys age appropriate for young children and can’t bring your own because of ‘covid’ but will happily let staff in with colds and illnesses will most definitely be putting in a report… THIS IS NOT YOUR IDEAL CONTACT CENTRE RED FLAGG

    Swañ contact centre will work with all families. This agency is working in partnership with Cafcass. If there are incidents that will affect your court during Contact, cafcass and swan centre they cover and hide and changing contact report what they like. If you're a muslim and you see your child supervisor, this swan centre is racist. If you are polish, Manager Andreea will surely keep you in touch with you.and she will help you building It smells so dirty, the toys, the old toilets aren't cleaned, it's not hygienethis if you're going to work with swañ centre make a note of everything they can lie your contact report.we will proof that's going to be written in the future.everthing what they did wrong.

    The contact never went to plan but I must say Sue at the Swann centre is a credit to all children with her I would like to say professional approach but it’s more like a natural skill of being a empathetic lovely human. Not many about Sue 1 in a million thanks x
