It was awful. I was with 2 other girls and we had bought drinks and sweets and the total was £14.82 but we only had £10 that was our fault we should have checked. So we had to remove stuff from our bag. The woman serving us then took stuff out of our bag not checking with us what we wanted to take out (she took out a birthday present that we was going to buy there ) and she took out an amount of things that all together cost over £4.82 so we got overcharged. Along with all of this the woman that served us was rude, disrespectful and ignored my friends while only talking to me. We won’t be coming back next time we will be going to Tesco it is better priced and we have never been disrespected by the staff like we were today. Before today we have been in there every morning and bought something. We normally support local businesses but from now on it will be Tesco. Swami news have lost 3 loyal customers.
