Abysmal customer service. In the first instance, I was not told the battery to my loupes light would require replacement in a much shorter time than you would expect. Secondly, contacted them to arrange appointment for new loupes light and battery no response regarding this. Therefore been working without loupes light for 3 weeks.

Amazing customer service! I had an issue with the light on my loupes light this week so dropped Rachel a message; she responded within minutes and had a new light sent out to me on next day delivery! (free of charge as within warrantee). Turns out it was actually my battery that had broken so Rachel had a replacement for that sent out for next day - and she’s allowed me to keep the new light too. Very grateful for the speedy and friendly response from Swallow; I rely on my loupes daily so they really gave me peace of mind. Would recommend Swallow to anyone who’s in the market for new loupes!

Then due to it being delivered late I requested it to be redirected to my work (2 roads difference) and they refused so overall… wrong day & wrong address but great product, use it daily 👍🏼
