I’m not a make up expert in the slightest and don’t wear a lot so I was keen to work with someone who would give me the natural look I wanted for my wedding but would also push me a little outside my comfort zone. I found Emma by chance online and her vibe from the off was spot on. The initial call we had made me feel instantly relaxed and that I was going to be in safe hands. I went round to her house for a trial and she even accommodated my 7 month old daughter like a complete pro, who refused to be anywhere but on my lap. I was absolutely blown away by the trial make up and went out in the evening to my mates saying “I thought you looked a lot more dewy”. The look was perfect- still me just a better version. The day of the wedding Emma was on point. She became as much part of the bridal party as anyone in the room and made our morning so special. She was also pretty good at helping us keep on track and even mucked in with the mad dash at the end as we may have been a little too relaxed with our morning! I honestly can not recommend Emma highly enough. Not only is she a phenomenal make up artist that will make you feel a million dollars for your big day, she is just an all round legend and nice person. What more could you want for your wedding day!?

Emma is such a wonderful makeup artist. From the very first phone call with her, I was sold on her glowy, you on a good day approach. The one thing I didn't want was to look like a stranger on my wedding day and her style was a natural fit for me. She's also such a calm and lovely person to have around on the morning of your wedding. The makeup lasted the whole night and still looked good after some very sweaty enthusiastic dancing. From our very first call I felt in safe hands with Emma. As well as demonstrating professional know-how, Emma's warmth and calming vibe was something I knew I had to have on my wedding morning. Being in work full time, I really appreciated Emma's flexibility for make-up trial dates. Typically I don't wear a lot of make up so I was unsure how I would feel having my makeup done. But after my make up was complete (in the trial as well as on the big day) I felt on top of the world. And more importantly, I felt like myself. Emma is such an amazing make up artist! I couldn't recommend her more. She did mine, my mum's and my bridesmaid's wedding make up in July. I was initially worried about getting my make up done as I wanted to still feel like me on my wedding day. I'm so lucky to have found Emma as I didn't need to worry at all. I felt totally amazing on my wedding day, loved all the products she used and my make up stayed in place for the whole day. My mum and bridesmaids looked stunning too. I’ve booked a makeup lesson with Emma as I wanted to update my everyday makeup, and I am so glad I did. I’ve chosen probably the hottest day for it, and my makeup lasted all day! I’ve learned tons of tips and her best tricks, and I’m excited to put them into practice. Emma was very patient and encouraged me to try new techniques and colours. Emma did my bridal make up and I was so delighted! I felt that I looked natural but still the best version of myself as was worried I wouldn’t look like me. My make up lasted all day. She shared all the products she used so that I could replicate the look myself, was happy to make tweaks and adjustments in the trial to check I was comfortable with the final look and was so calm on the day and kept perfectly to time, which was essential!
