I was initially really pleased with the service received from Nick, he was really quick and got the work done within the price quoted. However he advised that the only option for replacement spotlights were too small for the existing holes so I would need to find a solution to fill the holes left behind. It turns out that in fact there are larger lights that would have fitted and covered the original holes no problem, and therefore should have been fitted instead. I raised this with Nick to ask if he could come back and correct the work, even offering to purchase the correct lights myself but was told they would not come back and correct the work for free and could only offer me a discount on the work. This would mean I would end up paying twice for a job that should have only needed doing once by Nick and saved me a lot of extra stress and money, for a property that I told him from the get go was on the market and I didn't want to waste money on too much work. It is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional that they would refuse to rectify a situation caused by them in the first place and they seem unfazed at leaving their customers out of pocket and with shoddy work in their wake. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be pursuing a full refund now they have refused to work with me on a fair solution. Service: Light fixture installation
