A potential buyer lost. I have contacted the agency 3 times in the last 3 weeks in relation to a property that's currently advertised for sale, The Lee. On each occasion, an agent wasn't available to talk, so someone from the office would take my details and advised an agent will be in touch to arrange a viewing. Each week I'd call, and there would be someone just taking my details. 3 weeks on, still no viewing or contact in relation to the property. The call handler was polite at all times, but unfortunately the service wasn't provided.
