Visited today, Suzanne Neville in Altringham. My daughter was nervous but we should never have been - from stepping through the door Karen made us so welcome . We had the most amazing experience choosing her wedding dress. Karen you are the kindest most welcoming and professional lady and we can't wait to see you again for her wedding dress journey - she is so excited and as a parent I can't express enough my thanks for making this an experience never to forget . Your dresses were exquisite and the quality of every single dress was stunning and surpassed anything we had experienced before . I just wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to the girls at Suzanne Neville, Altrincham (Laurie, Karen and Marta). Before I even got engaged I knew I wanted a Suzanne Neville dress and I feel so lucky that I get to wear one on my special day. I travelled all the way from South Shields to visit the store and within an hour I had found my dress, I didn’t even bother looking elsewhere and still, almost a year later, didn’t see anything that came close. The girls have been so accommodating and flexible with appointments and taking my measurements and they just make you feel so special! I wish I could have been able to pop in and out more as it’s so fun having an appointment. The dress itself is such amazing quality and just worth every penny and the patience and skill Marta showed when altering my dress shows exactly why you pay that little bit extra. Thank you again girls and I will be sure to send some pics x

Karen was an absolute superstar from start to finish! At my dress appointment she put me at ease and made it super enjoyable trying on different styles! At all my fittings, where as my family couldn’t attendI went alone, she was attentive and honestly it was like having a honorary fun loving aunty! The seamstress, who’s name I wish I remembered, was so lovely and supportive. They made the journey from picking my dress to finally picking it up a magical experience.

Before I even got engaged I knew I wanted a Suzanne Neville dress and the reality vs expectation of them was a million times better. If I could have, I would have worn every single one. The Altrincham store were amazing. I originally chose a dress in June 2021 but when the new collection came out I wanted to swap and it was no trouble at all. In the end I went for the gorgeous Penny and I can honestly say people are still talking about her now. It was the dress of dreams. I loved everything about my Suzanne Neville experience and hope all future brides have the same build up

It was 30 days before my wedding at The Goring & my designer let me down …Karen & Alex to the rescue! The professionalism, honesty & sincerity of Karen was outstanding. I was alone whilst choosing my dress but Karen relieved all my anxieties to ensure my dress was just perfect! Nothing was too much trouble, Karen stayed late for me and went above and beyond. Karen really is my wedding dress fairy godmother! Thank you Karen & also to Alex for ensuring the perfect alterations in such a short turnaround.! 👰🏻♀️❤️

I was so excited to visit Suzanne Neville in Altrincham and had been looking at their dresses online for months. First impressions on arrival the shop assistant was sufficiently knowledgeable about the dresses but not overly helpful. However I shocked at the filthy sample dresses on the shop floor! This is a high end bridal designer and I was not expecting to try on bridal with make up/tan stains on the inside of the dresses, the satin dresses also looked grubby on the outside. There was also only a tiny section of the back of the shop for trying on dresses, which didn't exactly make the dress shopping experience enjoyable. All round disappointing.
