I booked a last minute appointment with Suzan to relax my hair, despite being a very last minute appointment in the night time, Suzan managed me to booked me in and when I attended my appointment, I received excellent custumer care during the whole process of relaxing my hair! She has been very professional, she took really good care of my hair and I have been really satisfied with the service that she provided. I fully recommend her as she is very kind and provides excellent customer service at a very affordable price!

I came in last minute on a Friday evening for my 6 year old daughters box braids after she was disappointed with another hairdresser. Suzan’a salon accepted to braid my daughters hair and she did an amazing job. Her service was very helpful, honest and very professional. She got straight to the point as soon as we walked in.
