Absolutely useless. I have Graves and I’m a type 1 Diabetic. They have no appointment and always 30 something in the telephone cue. I have run out of medication too. Really a joke of a doctors. I will be changing. If there was a no star rating I would have pressed that.

I'm still quite new to the practice but honestly Dr Lawal and Dr Thang have been amazing! I recently met Dr Tamber who was also really good! I have found that all three doctors care about your concerns and issues and genuinely want to help and they don't just dismiss you and take time with their appointments. Also, Vivian the receptionist who is also very polite, informative and helpful! Keep it up guys!

Very difficult to have an appointment. When I manage to schedule one for an important issue they never call back, when I go and ask they are dismissive. When I manage to get an appointment the doctor wants to get rid of me as soon as possible. I need a medical form completed from my doctor (which should be them) for work, they keep the form and answer 1 month later that I need to pay a fee and need to wait one more month. Before the first month I go twice to ask about the form and they say that they would sign it and that I shouldn't come back, just call. One of the times I go, I see an elderly woman asking for medical attention and saying that she has to leave because she doesn't have an appointment. Maybe they could start trying to treat people like human beings

I had a terrible experience with GP Aba Carboo. Not only was she dismissive, rude, and entirely unsympathetic to severe health problems, but also refused to acknowledge failure to follow up with me after my initial request for care was made months ago, despite my efforts to chase up on three separate occasions. Dr. Carboo's lack of concern for my well-being left me feeling helpless and alone. Her demeanor was so callous and entirely inflammatory, it could have easily pushed another patient with more severe issues over the edge into harming themselves due to lack of care. To make matters worse, it was surprising to find that the receptionist was more compassionate than the actual doctor. Although the receptionist was not responsible for my care, they provided me with actual context for my follow-ups and showed genuine concern for my well-being. In my opinion, Dr. Carboo's behavior is unacceptable, and I would not recommend her to anyone seeking medical care.

Some doctors here are amazing, particularly DR Lucas. However, I have had multiple occasions with a male doctor (unsure of his name) who is absolutely vile to patients. He speaks down for his patients as if they are dumb and he is much better than them. Ridiculously patronising and gaslighting. The first instance, I was having some severe symptoms during covid period, but not severe enough for A&E and don’t want to waste their time, so 111 scheduled an emergency phone call consult for me. Male GP from this surgery called me and then dismissed all my symptoms saying I’m wasting his time ‘I thought this was an emergency you are being ridiculous wasting my time.’ Totally invalidated my symptoms and gaslighting me. I was actually seriously ill and ended up seeing A&E later that day. I’m not sure if he just speaks to young women this way because it gives him a sense of power , or he’s just a bad person, but he really needs some training on how to be empathetic in order to be a good dr. Second time this male dr was rude to me was when I needed some health screenings for a visa and receptionist prior told me all was ok. When I called again, I was forwarded to this male doctor who gaslight me and told me I was crazy and making it up and they don’t offer these services. I knew they were not usual services, but I only inquired since receptionist staff prior told me all was ok, otherwise I wouldn’t have called again. Dr was so rude and began yelling at me over the phone and belittling me. Unfortunately I don’t know this male doctors name, but I really had some depressing interactions with him. His service is concerning especially if he’s dealing with vulnerable people in society. I really leave this review since I hope no one else will have to encounter him. Other reviews have also mentioned his bad service. Find another GP surgery if possible
