Took over a hour to answer the phone to be told that I had to call back after 2pm as it’s now their lunch time.

Have needed to contact this practice on behalf of my 99yr old deaf Mother on at least 3 occasions. The telephone answering is extremely poor indeed and the hold music is dreadfully tedious and repetitive. Always a very long queue (I have waited nearly an hour & a quarter to get through on one occasion) and today the automated message told us that the queue was full and to call back later ! Sending emails too is a nightmare, never any acknowledgement from the practice regarding the content of the message. Poor quality of customer service. Will probably be changing practice very soon.

They never seem to give me an appropriate supply of my contraceptive pill, I am always on hold for extended periods of time when I need to call them to sort out mistakes they made, not a well organised surgery at all, very dissatisfied

Called at 0800 and was number 3 in the queue. I spoke with a very lovely and helpful receptionist who organised a telephone call the same morning with a member of the clinical team. Less than an hour later had received my call and discussed at length my problem, very thorough as always, and medication ready to collect at around 2pm. All in all, amazing service! The team should be extremely proud of themselves especially taking into consideration current staffing issues following Covid-19 infections on site. Thank you all.

Not so great service by phone with 10 people to wait for in call queue, then you lose your place after waiting so long forcing you to give up. Then when you try again later it's the same business. Can't see a Dr for love nor money.

Whenever I call, you can get through, even though you have to hold it tells you where you are in the queue, so you know roughly how long you will be waiting - this is so helpful. You get to speak to a real receptionist (which I know is impossible with other peoples gp surgery's). The receptionist was friendly and helpful and I got a telephone consultation with a gp within 2 hours, with a face to face the same day. Under the current 'covid' environment and the horror stories I hear from friends of their gp surgery's recently, I feel very lucky to have Sutton valence as my local surgery. All the staff seem very busy, but happy to help
