Great place for a break from daily hustle. Very quiet and peaceful. The receptionist lady (Orla) was very sweet and helpful. We stayed with two kids in one of their apartments. She arranged everything we needed without any hitch. Also we missed staying in one of the holiday cottages 😭😭 as there is not enough space for 4. But we have plan to visit again. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely environment, welcoming and peaceful. The apartments were clean, good WiFi and Functional Smart TV 💃🏻💃🏻. We will definitely come back with friends and family. The kids loved it as well. Comfortable beds ❤️ Highly recommend.

absolutely brilliant stay, lovely grounds lovely staff beautiful caravan and apartments in a central location to reach nearby towns we went to margate, hearne Bay, ramsgate, Canterbury, sandwich, Deal, Dover, Walmer Broadstairs, Hythe, and more were all relatively short distance from sutton vale if you have a car. I would say it's not the base if you don't drive but it's lovely and quiet. note, there isn't any entertainment or amusement arcades on site but lots in the towns we were out till 7 most days so were glad to have peace at night lol I'd definitely return to kent and I'd love to come back to the holiday park.
