KIA was the third dealer I visited and, to be honest, I did not hold out much hope. However, I was wrong. I was left to look around the available used cars on my own and, when I was approached, I was asked what EXACTLY I was looking for. I was invited inside to look at cars at their other showrooms and actually found two suitable cars. The salesman, Andrew, persevered with the best deal and I am now the proud owner of a new car. Handover was extremely simple and did not take too long! All in all, I would say I had an enjoyable experience.

Had an excellent buying experience at Sutton Coldfield Kia. Had a test drive with Aaron at the end of January and was given an expected delivery date end of May/start of June. Aaron sent regular updates on the progress of the order. Car arrived end of May and took delivery early June. Car is just what I need, the purchase process was easy and the trade in value was better than that annoying advert could give. Thanks again to Aaron.
