Visited Sutton Park Motors in Burton upon Trent to purchase a year old Renault Captur. The whole process from buying to picking up the car went smoothly due to the excellent service provided by my friendly and professional salesperson Mohammed. The only thing I needed to sort was the insurance, Mohammed did everything else online , vehicle transfer, road tax etc. A great experience.

I bought a Renault Captur at Burton Renault and I must say that Louis who dealt with me is a most professional and patient person. He really listened to me about everything I wanted in a car and really delivered. He went above and beyond to get me a great deal. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient when I couldn’t decide between 2 cars they had in the showroom and which model of Captur to have. There was never any sales pressure and I had time to to think everything over as I don’t like rushing into buying a car the same day as it’s a lot of money to spend and I tend to keep my cars for quite a number of years. Thank you Louis for providing excellent customer service, especially as I know I’m a bit of a fussy customer and can sometimes be hard to please! Also thank you to the member of staff who valeted my car for all his efforts in making it look superb inside and out and thank you to Tim for delivering my car mats. I would definitely recommend Burton Renault to everyone I know.
