An absolute appalling experience. If they can not provide the service, they should not accept any referral. My child had waited over 3 years for a treatment and being told to be put in another waiting list. Poor Orthodontics service. Would Not recommend. After all that awful experience in this place, asked the dentist to refer my son to another orthodontics, which gave the treatment my son needed straightaway. No lies or waiting list. THEY COULD NOT BELIEVE WHY HE WAS MADE TO WAIT FOR THE TREATMENT FOR SUCH A LONG TIME. Avoid this place.

I came here looking for fixed retainers following orthodontic treatment with Smiledirect. The 2 stars is for Sutton Orthodontics taking me on as a patient. Otherwise, in spite of the substantial cost that I paid, the dental assistant initially botched up the work, and I had to return to get it redone by Dr. Arya. My disappointment was not so much about the initial botch up but more that Dr. Arya initially tried to blame it on me (despite the fact that I had initially complained about it within an hour of the procedure). She finally relented and redid it but not to a very good standard. From about 3 weeks after her work, the 'fixed' retainers started showing signs of movement requiring me to wear my removable retainers frequently to keep my teeth in place. I have since approached her practice multiple times to help fix the issue but each time she takes my money (charges a hefty £75 consultation per appointment) and tells me how she can't do anything about it. I don't like her attitude towards me or how she talks to me, and she has not shown any empathy or been apologetic throughout the process. I strongly feel that these private practices could benefit from stronger scrutiny from the regulator to ensure that they are treating paying patients fairly regardless of where they come from. Sadly, it looks like I will need to find another orthodontist to redo the work, hopefully someone who knows better what they are doing.

I decided to get braces when I turned 40 as I never had them before and I have never been happy with my teeth. Well, now they are looking so straight and we would not have got there without the tireless work of Dr Arya and her team. I had fixed braces which were best for my teeth. The reception staff are efficient and helpful and I was kept informed throughout my journey. Anyone thinking about it I can recommend Sutton Orthodontics.
