I visited this store today, I approached the lady at the till and asked her if they stocked a particular jacket (£500+ jacket) She didn't even look up or try and help me, or offer me an alternative. The only response I got was 'no' this was very rude. My partner and I walked out without purchasing anything. We own a few Barbour jackets between us, and I wanted one for a Christmas present. We will not be purchasing from this shop again! We like buying local, however we will buy online In future from large retailers such as John Lewis.
