Called to enquire about getting a puncture repaired on a mobility scooter, called was answered by a central call centre and I was told they do not assist people who haven't purchased from them. Well guess what, with an attitude like that I'd never buy anything from them at all, useless and appalling customer service. Oh, and their message at the start of the phone call is still making excuses for a lesser service due to Covid, pathetic.
