We needed repair to two openers in bedroom which we thought would be a replacement window as they didn't close right being very drafty and looked ropey. Jake came and confirmed no need, 2 new hinges 1 being fire escape and 1 normal could be done, and manged to do a temporary fix, which as pensioners was great news. We agreed a very good price. We then asked if he could look at our sliding door in our conservatory which would not slide. Which he said a slight adjustment may do it, at no charge. We confirmed to proceed. Jake informed us that he had the parts and could do today being only 5 working days from his 1st visit. Windows now done and work like new. The slider was a lot trickier due to frame swelling from heat. This did not deter Jake and he spent more time on this than fitting the window hinges. Now works great with no extra charge. We cannot recommend him and his company highly enough so refreshing to deal with a total and utter professional who cares for customers rather than look for extras to charge. We have found the BEST. Don't bother with the rest. George and Linda.

Jake came round assessed the damage, provided the quote and replaced the glass all in record time. Jake is polite, professional and a wizard at what he does.
