I would not recommend this company to fit a kitchen. Started work in March and told it would take approximately 2 weeks to complete, after numerous faults having to be rectified finally finished in late August. Overall, very bad workmanship and many parts had to be replaced due to bad fitting, damage or incorrect measurements, door alignment not even and worktops different depths. When faults were pointed out we were told we were OCD and the said faults were acceptable and if we didn’t like it they would walk off the job. The faults have been rectified now, but we would not have used this company if we had known they were so unprofessional.

Liam has been professional and attentive throughout the whole process, making numerous site visits before and during installation. He understood my vision, and nothing was impossible for them to do. He has excellent knowledge on kitchens and came up with some really clever ideas. The kitchen itself is stunning and you can really feel the quality when using it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

We knew replacing our kitchen at the height of the Co-vid 19 pandemic would complicate the project. With Sutton Interiors support, we overcame those difficulties and got the design and finish we were seeking. Having moved from a house with a large kitchen, with a good sized eating area and a separate utility room; we knew our kitchen design would need to be a careful balance between functionality and aesthetics. We were really pleased with the final design. Achieved through a partnership. Us using Sutton Interiors knowledge, skills and expertise. Jarrod and John listening to and accommodating our wishes. We found it very helpful that basically we were working with two people. Jarrod with design and sourcing. John with installation. The kitchen we are so pleased with required their skills in joint measure. John worked with Chris to complete the Ranch Oak Plank flooring. We were so glad we went with Jarrod’s advice. It felt a better quality and more durable than other laminated flooring we looked at. The colour has a warmth to it and it complements the rest of the kitchen perfectly.

One star is too many IF YOU WANT TO THROW £500 AWAY ... and not have a fire this is the shop to go to Went in to the shop because I had a fireplace 10 years previously. had good customer services at the BEGINNING very friendly. Told Jarrod the type of fire I wanted pointed one out glass fronted. He said I could have that one, two visits to my house and a survey visit as well. PAID 500 DEPOSIT Then my Niece passed away suddenly and I was devastated put fire on hold., told me to take my time. When I went back he said I was a nightmare would not give me my deposit back. He stole £500 off me and I have since found out the fire he recommended would not have fitted in the space I had. ONE STAR IS ONE TOO MANY,
