Lady at till 6 was very polite and helped with my road tax refund query. Had to return to get a stamp and the girl on till 4 was very rude. Didn't say please or thanks when handing over my change. Didn't even acknowledge me as a customer. This was on Friday afternoon at approx 12pm

And with a smile. Great service. I wanted to do online feedback. But it would not allow me. I've sent email saying feedback web page in error. Shame as I wanted to give Maureen 10 out if 10 feedback

Very much hit and miss. Would say at least once every 3 visits there's some kind of problem with a package and always seems to be the same member of staff that find the problems If it was a real problem I could understand but if a parcel is half a gram over weight it can cost a fortune, to re label etc. Or realistically no issue comes from just popping it into the postbox to avoid all the drama and palava

I have always found the staff helpful and friendly, particularly when renewing my passport last year. They checked my old passport, took an appropriate photo and checked the application form. Most unusually for passport renewals, my new passport arrived in the post 4 working days later. Uncertainty surrounding Brexit may have been a factor but I was grateful all the same.

Long queues....several staff there, however, they always seem busy behind counter too busy to serve customers. Most staff seem very unhappy in their work.....I won’t be returning. A real shame.

I asked for a postcode at Sutton Coldfield Post Office, but the staff member said she could not find it at Woodford Green in Essex. When I got home and searched on line I found it straightaway! Annoying as I could have posted my card there instead of waiting until tomorrow.
